In 1931, Jean Perzel commissioned this building to be built by Michel Roux-Spitz, an architect (1er grand prize of Rome).

Our production workshops and showroom have always been based here.

This very beautiful Art Deco building located just beside the Montsouris Park has enchanted various important names.

The aviator Jean Mermoz lived there and nowadays talented artist still reside there.
